The Barge Inn has now gained a reputation for it’s fabulous food and drink in the area. The location, the setting and the general atmosphere of the pub interior all combine to make a meal and drink really special.
Our Chef Carl Games featured on the recent BBC TV Programme Village SOS and it is he who has added that piece of Barge Inn Magic to the menu. Come and dine with us you will not be disappointed!

Three traditional real ales; ‘Croppie’ and ’1810′, specially brewed in Wiltshire for Honeystreet Ales, along with Fullers ‘London Pride’.
Five ciders; ‘Area 51 Real Dry Cider’, ‘Magic Buzz Pear Cider’, ‘Red Queen Strawberry Cider’, ‘Away With The Fairies Medium Cider’ along with ‘Stowford Press’
We are also one of the few pubs to stock Fullers Organic Honeydew on tap.
There are four draught lagers; ‘Stella Artois 5%’, ‘Kronenbourg 1664′, ‘Fosters’ and ‘Carlsberg’.

I am making my way across the pond for a vacation planning to visit all the Village SOS businesses in late September 2011 and look forward to a couple days in HoneyStreet and relaxing at The Barge Inn!!

Wow…saw the show last week and drove there from Cricklade today…beautiful setting,really friendly staff,gorgeous food..even better in real life than on tv..all in all a lovely afternoon and shall definitely be returning..next time with a tent hopefully.
Our budget is about 600. :-/ There will be around 125 guests and we’ll be preparing the food. I was thinking salad, 3 appetizers, 1 red sauce 1 white sauce & veggie pasta, meatballs, garlic bread, cake, wine and soda.
