The Story of the 2011 event !!!!!!!!As seen on TV !

The community music festival had been due to take place at the Barge Inn in Honeystreet in December last year, but was postponed after heavy snowfall.

The new date was confirmed as 16 April. Headliners the Magic Numbers and Laura Marling (BRIT AWARD WINNER) all performed alongside hotly-tipped act Dry The River, and Marthas & Artthurs and ‘Battle of the Bands’ winners Matthew Kilford and Slagerij supported.
There was also a range of local stalls and activities on offer for all of the family to also experience.

The day can only be described as ‘magical’ and your feedback confirmed that.

The Honeyfest Programme was a joint effort between the BICP Directors, the volunteers, the community and all involved with with the making of Honeyfest.

It was designed with the community in mind with the purpose of telling the Barge inn Community Project story the masses of punters that were attending the event to see their favourite artists in the beautiful unique setting.
