The world is changing. It is an undeniable truth of which we are all aware.
In 2008 a community working group – The Barge Inn Community Project - was formed in order to prevent one such change happening to
The Barge Inn at Honey Street, Wiltshire –
home and hub of the Crop Circle Community.
Of course, certain change is good, and with the help of The Barge Inn Community Project major development will be brought to fruition: modern camping facilities; spacious bars and relaxation areas; more scope for local, national and international activities and events to take place.
And, importantly, a new and improved way to cherish what we love the most – Crop Circles.

However, because the lease is up for sale, the potential for change of a different and impersonal nature looms: this wonderfully located pub, with its stunning views, bubbling atmosphere and established kinship with like-minded folk, could be lost forever, either to residential development, or worse still – commercial chain restaurants!
So for those who have spent time in the Vale of Pewsey, either out in the fields around , or enjoying the unique atmosphere of the Barge Inn, you will already know of the magic and mystery that resides here.
For those yet to experience it – WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR!?
Just please keep in mind that the Barge Inn needs your support in order to develop it to its full potential, whilst at the same time preserving its heart, soul and voice in the way it was always meant to be enjoyed.
